CS SUMMER CAMPS REGISTRATION

Cleveland Select Soccer Camps offer the best opportunity for soccer players who want to improve. The camps are targeted for player development and learning. This fun environment will provide girls and boys the opportunity to become more comfortable with the ball, as well as learn specific skills and exercises to enhance playersâ€™ ball control and confidence.Cleveland Select Soccer Camps are directed by Dani Giulvezan, who says, â€œI have had the opportunity to travel to many countries in Europe, including Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Yugoslavia, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, and Romania. I have observed how these countries approach their youth soccer programs, and why they have obtained so much international success. I have created a soccer program based on what I have observed and what I know will help your kids become better. This style of teaching and coaching provides the means to develop techniques and habits of a good soccer player.â€The number of campers/players is limited to ensure a proper coach to player ratio, so sign up early.

I also agree that I, and the registrant, will abide by the rules of the USSF, US Club Soccer, its affiliated organizations, including CLEVELAND SELECT, The Pond Ice Rink, Hawken Upper Scool and sponsors. I recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the USSF, and US Club Soccer accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities (the â€œPrograms/Sessionsâ€), I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify CLEVELAND SELECT, USSF, US Club Soccer, their affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which I hereby authorize.
